This very comfortable property is situated in the Nuevo Pueblo complex with its lovely flower filled courtyards and fountains. A large and spacious two bedroom detached townhouse set on the quiet complex of Nuevo Pueblo, in Mijas Village. Close to all amenities such as Bus Service, Restaurants, Shops etc. The complex is built to look like the typical Spanish villages of Andalucia and has beautiful white buildings and cobbled streets. The house is beautifully furnished and decorated. There is Sky free to air TV, ample outside space for al fresco dining and beautiful sea views. The large communal swimming pool and sunbathing area is very close as is off street parking. Malaga Airport is within 20 minutes by car, Fuengirola on the coast is some 8km distance and there are many golf courses, sporting facilities and family attractions in the area.

ACCOMMODATION:

SLEEPS UP TO 6 PEOPLE. Entrance through Front Door leading into HALL with grey marble floor tiles. Both bedrooms are situated on this level. Stairs lead up to the first floor level where the main accommodation is to be found.

LARGE LOUNGE with feature fireplace, 3 double glazed patio doors, grey marble floor and free to air SKY tv, DVD; MP3/Ipod Speakers (bring your Ipod or MP3 Player with you and just plug in). Fully furnished room with views to both the coast and the mountains. For families with young children there is a baby gate fitted at the top of the stairs.

KITCHEN/DINING AREA with fully fitted and equipped Kitchen. Ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave etc. Patio doors and views. Dining table and four chairs. Window. Light and spacious area. There is also a LAUNDRY ROOM which houses the washing machine.

Please note that swimming pools are sometimes under maintenance works within the winter months and usually fully operational as of Easter.
